Consequently, if you want to be a DP, our Director of Photography can answer you questions on set… same with the Key Grips, Gaffer, Producers, Camera Ops and even the Director. It's really hands on

Literally, you will be shadowing someone on set or rotating through a few positions. Keep in mind though, they are real working sets, so there are some rules. Of course, the success of the project is of utmost importance but the best way to learn is by actually doing it. Especially relevant if you've been stuck in a class room for 3 years dreaming about working with the best tools and people around. We don't shoot everyday, which means there are some days where you won't do anything. Most of the job is spent in the office, making relationships and creating budgets in Excel (sad face).
